We are so excited to announce our spring event line up! We are bringing wellness to you, travelling all over the UK! From London to Ireland, to Edinburgh and even the Channel Islands.

We will be leading our very own wellness talks on festival main stages discussing the ‘Impacts of Stress on our Health and How to Combat’, to ‘How to Increase our Energy Levels Naturally’. We will also be partaking in panel discussions talking all about the importance of self-care and of course bringing along our very own The Self-Discovery Collection so you can introduce some scent therapy into your life.

Live Well London (1^st– 3^rdMarch 2019)

In its first year, this event unites the mind and body for an unforgettable weekend of wellness!!

Explore the latest in the world of Nutrition, Fitness, Escape and Mindfulness with industry experts, take part in a HIIT or Yoga class and shop incredible wellness brands, including our Self-Discovery Collection.

You will also be able to book onto a complimentary 15 minute one-to-one consultation with our resident Nutritionist, Lauren Windas. Simply pop-by our stand at the event to book on and we will find a slot for you during the day!

Thrive Festival (Dublin, 30^th– 31^stMarch 2019)

We are so excited to announce that we are guest speakers at Thrive festival! A unique urban lifestyle event in Dublin celebrating healthy living and wellbeing.

We will be speaking on the Thrive Life stage on the Saturday and Sunday. So you can catch us speak on both days! Our talk is on ‘Self-Care: How to Combat Stress’.

This talk will put into context the modern day crisis of stress and fatigue in 21st-century life, with a discussion on how this can affect our wellbeing. We will provide diet and lifestyle strategies on how you can tackle stress and increase your energy levels for good.  When purchasing a Thrive ticket don’t forget to book onto our talk.

Stylish Living (Channel Islands, 11^th-14^th, 17^th– 22^nd April 2019)

Having never ventured to the Channel Islands we are excited to see all it has to offer, and if google images are anything to go by, it looks pretty beautiful!

We are bringing The Self-Discovery Collection over to these idyllic remote islands for the Stylish Living show, where you can shop anything from health and wellbeing, to food and drink, fashion and beauty, flowers, garden and home.

Detox Health & Beauty Festival (Edinburgh, 11^th May 2019)

A beautiful festival situated in the Archerfield Estate in Edinburgh.

We will be exhibiting The Self-discovery Collection as well as speaking on a panel on the subject of Self-care!

Sample some of the country’s best skincare brands, super healthy foods, revitalising fresh juices, invigorating yoga sessions, relaxing meditation and so much more on a day aimed at enriching your body and soul.
