Deep Dive (6 Weeks)

Priced at £720 for 6 x 50 minute therapy sessions with our Psychologist. Sessions take place weekly over 6 weeks via phone calls or online video calls. 

Opening up can be a process. This 6-week programme gives you the time to open up and really dive deep in to the issues you wish to address, along with uncovering blocks and barriers and learning various bespoke therapy techniques to help you achieve life-changing results.

Individual Therapy Sessions

Priced at £130 for a 50 minute session. This can take place via phone call or online video call.

When you simply want a session to talk things through or have finished your Deep Dive package and wish for some additional sessions.
